Shipping Information

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items, and the shipping method selected.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery within the Netherlands. For international shipping, delivery may take longer, depending on the destination.
  • While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal service delays or customs clearance.

2. Shipping Methods We offer several shipping methods for your convenience. The available methods and their corresponding rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain tracking information, if available.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries within Europe. For international shipping outside of Europe, please contact us to confirm if we can deliver to your location.
  • SkandiBuy is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
  • If your product is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately for assistance.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. If the item is damaged or defective, please provide proof (photos or video).
  • We will send you detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. The original item will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • SkandiBuy does not cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is faulty or not as described. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
